Who I Am

I'm a Senior Staff Software Engineer with 14+ years designing, building, and deploying scalable distributed systems across e-commerce, supply chain, travel, and payment domains.

Currently at Albertsons Companies (Safeway), I lead the Cart & Checkout team — shaping architecture decisions, evaluating strategic options for stakeholders, and driving the evolution of enterprise-scale shopping platforms. I've recently expanded into AI-native engineering, integrating Claude LLM, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and autonomous AI agents into production workflows.

My technical roots are in Java microservices, Spring ecosystem, Kafka event streaming, AWS, and Kubernetes — but I'm equally passionate about the emerging AI engineering stack: LLMs, agents, RAG pipelines, and agentic tooling.
